Bargaining with EF, has officially started. Your bargaining committee met with representatives of
the company to begin discussing wages, benefits, and other working conditions. Today was an all
day session that was very productive in presentation of proposals and discussion.
Both sides have the desire, just like you all, to reach an agreement as quickly as possible. There
various points of interest from both sides of the table would like to be in the contract. There have
been various details that have come to a tentative mutual agreement. We are working in the right
direction.
We have tentative dates to meet in the near future and continue to discuss proposals. Great job on
showing your solidarity today. It was inspiring to see you all supportive of your contract.
