CWA Members,
Last week, Noah met with the Local 9509 representative Carlos Munoz, on August 27, to begin
drafting proposals and ensuring the issues of EF San Diego Teachers are being addressed. A variety
of proposals were crafted to address basic issues.
Today, your bargaining unit representative Noah Francisco headed to Santa Fe Springs to meet with
the bargaining committee over proposals that will be presented to the company. The committee has
worked towards providing a comprehensive proposal which addresses the priorities from the
bargaining surveys and key issues addressed by Noah. Final research is being completed to be able to
move forward with meeting EF at the table.
Messages will continue to be sent out as quickly as possible but will not discuss or cover specifics of
any particular proposal due to bargaining can change direction at any moment. We ask to stay in
communication with your organizers and bargaining committee member. Keep your contact
information up to date so that you can receive the latest information. As we progress through this
process, we will also coordinate meetings to give additional feedback through your representatives.
