Phil passed away on June 7th. He was a member of Local 9511. He truly was a Union brother to our Local. His 40+ years as a union activist included his being a Local 9511 Officer, steward, CWA District 9 Council President and involvement with the California democratic party. We are keeping his family and friends in our thoughts.
Viewing will be at Eternal Hills on June 24th from 5pm-7pm at 1999 El Camino Real, Oceanside, CA.
Funeral services will be June 25th at Eternal Hills from 11am-12:15pm. Celebration of life immediately following at CWA Local 9511, 1525 Simpson Way, Escondido, CA 92029.
